限定甜點@京林屋銅鑼灣軒尼詩道500號希慎廣場12樓1203號舖3-4月是日本櫻花盛開季節,商機處處有限定食物推出,以抹茶做主題的日本甜點店都推出了新櫻花甜點。金目鯛魚定食$88 有麵豉湯,飯,醃物同魚。魚掃上甜甜醬汁調味後格外惹味。份量對女甜剛好,就能兵心地留肚食甜點了。焙茶芝士蛋糕$88 (跟指定茶$108)焙茶唔多地方有,所以一定會點,濃郁而茶香在跟中迴甘,質地又唔會太大件食完好漏,而球同樣是焙茶味架雪糕又錦上添花啦!奶味甜味都平衡,食入口即溶化好滑,夏天食真是好幸福。加杯茶中和甜味就適合不過,今次飲返熱焙茶,令到滿口都是焙茶味到底。泡熱茶好講究時間令茶香茶色湯到水中,店有小卡片學泡的,別擔心。每次來都不止細味茶香品茶,也吃了使會開心的甜點!
