今晚我們去咗旺角廣華街嘅「飯意主題餐廳」食晚飯!我們叫咗招牌芝士熔岩蛋漿飯、鐵板韓式芝士炒年糕同香草燒春鷄蛋包飯!喺點完菜之後因招牌芝士熔岩蛋漿飯同鐵板韓式芝士炒年糕都係芝士為主,所以店員攞咗兩碗芝士嚟,之後會為我們撈煮同想要芝士嘅份量多少,所以唔會因為過多而有膩滯嘅感覺!芝士熔岩蛋漿飯係用芝士、蛋漿同午餐肉粒撈好嚟食,再加埋香脆嘅炒飯焦一齊食,真係好惹味!鐵板韓式芝士炒年糕嘅年糕非常煙韌彈牙,韓式拉麵嘅麵質比較粗身,口感相當爽韌彈牙!香草燒春鷄蛋包飯嘅鷄肉好鬆軟,鷄包飯嘅炒滑蛋極之滑溜,蛋味亦好香濃!甜品:芒果糯米糍同榴槤糯米糍嘅糯米糍皮超級香滑軟熟,食得出係新鮮即製,入面嘅芒果超大塊厚身,味道好清甜,榴槤嘅味道就非常香甜軟滑!溫馨提示:建議如果食糯米糍嘅話就食咗芒果先食榴槤會好啲,因食咗榴槤先食芒果嘅話會有苦澀嘅味道!
