To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通常嚟九龍城都係食泰國菜居多,今次朋友仔帶咗我哋嚟食潮州嘢!首先每人嚟返杯功夫茶先~ Cheers~白飯魚同豬紅(白飯魚好味道食唔停口!)滷水鵝腸(鵝腸肥美,而且配白飯一流)無雞件所以變咗鵝片豆腐,再整番碗苦瓜黃豆湯(唔食苦瓜嘅朋友仲有好多湯品選擇架)仲有花甲(都好味嘅,但個人比較鍾意清淨地嘅油鹽水粉絲花甲多啲)同埋梅菜扣肉(味道剛剛好,而且唔會太肥膩)甜品就係反沙芋,可惜今晚嘅南瓜粿賣晒(第一次食反沙芋,感覺幾特別,仲得知製作方法原來好繁複)晚飯後亦有提供功夫茶。(飯前飯後喝一杯功夫茶,可算係歷代潮汕人的習俗,所以呢度都算係比較傳統嘅潮州菜。)
