我哋坐喺餐廳嘅露台上,一邊嘆美食,一邊欣賞維港嘅景色。室外座位令我哋可以親身感受到海風嘅輕拂,而室內嘅客人就透過落地玻璃欣賞住一樣咁壯觀嘅景色。美人涮鍋和風雞白湯端上枱嗰陣,濃郁嘅香氣撲鼻而嚟。湯底呈現出誘人嘅乳白色,睇落已經好有食慾。淺嚐一口,湯底很濃郁,每一啖都感受到雞肉嘅精華。和牛片放入湯度,幾秒鐘就變成淺粉色,夾起嚟嗰陣仲帶住啲湯汁。入口先係軟滑,稍微嚼幾下就感受到肉汁喺嘴入面擴散,香而不膩。鹿兒島豚肉需要多滾一陣,肉質比較結實,有啲咬口。豚肉本身帶有淡淡嘅香甜,配埋湯底好開胃。日本產海膽和牛卷睇落幾精緻吓。海膽顏色鮮黃,聞落有陣濃郁嘅海鮮味。和牛薄薄地,捲住海膽。食嗰陣,先嚐到和牛嘅油香,口感軟綿綿嘅。跟住海膽嘅味道就出嚟,鹹中帶甜,有啲黏牙,但唔會太腥。兩種味道搭配得幾唔錯,海膽嘅濃郁同牛肉嘅香氣互相襯托。維他命tower沙律嘅造型好吸睛。當侍應幫我哋拌勻後,各種新鮮蔬菜嘅爽脆口感同溫泉蛋嘅滑嫩完美結合。蔬菜保持住原本嘅爽脆,而溫泉蛋就為成個菜式增添咗一絲濃郁。菇菌拼盤種類豐富,每款菇菌都保持住獨特嘅口感同味道。有啲鮮嫩多汁,有啲就帶有淡淡嘅木質香氣。整體嚟講,菇菌嘅鮮味同
