To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有同事升職，就請我地去JW Marriott度食中菜慶祝! 淨係聽個名，萬豪中菜廳，都知道d野食一定好味😋😋😋 JW Marriott d野一向高質架麻! 果然無令我失望! 第一道菜，素翅，個presentation已經好有貴氣，d翅仿真度好高，好有口感! 😋😋😋仲叫左鮑魚酥😍😋😍😍😋😍😋 有隻鮑魚仔係面，酥皮入面係d菇! 三個字: 正正正!!! 乳豬件😋😋😋😋😋脆片真係好脆! 肉質夠鮮!!! 😍😍😍叫左碟炒菜。真係無咩特別，正常味道。不過個presentation加分! 😍😍😍炒帶子! 帶子又大又厚，真係食到停唔到口!! 😍😍😍總括而言，呢餐就係JW Marriott一向既水準 - 高質!
