To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係最後一日放大假, 明早又要返工, 於是決定偷懶, 唔去師父度, 反而係同老爸老媽入去大圍行下. 去到已經差不多兩點, 於是決定先行拜祭"五臟廟", 之後才去拜車公. 見呢間粉麵店好多人幫襯, 於是入去試下. 環境同一般市區的粉麵店一樣好細又好迫, 而且冷氣很凍! 看過餐牌後, 點了魚蛋河, 牛筋河, 同埋雙丸麵. 魚蛋河有魚片同魚蛋, 魚片味道一般而已, 反而魚蛋ok, 彈牙又有點魚肉味; 牛筋河則較差, 牛筋不腍之餘又沒有味, 水準之下; 雙丸麵要牛丸同豬肉丸, 店內自稱是手打牛丸. 牛丸的確彈牙, 但卻丁點牛肉味也沒有, 同樣情形發生在豬肉丸身上, 雖然彈牙, 卻沒有豬肉味, 令人失望. 另外, 個別侍應的態度很差劣, 令人側目. 價錢不便宜之外味道又不太好, 真不明白為何生意仍然不絕......
