To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日前收到呢間酒店既Promo電話, 係介紹呢間餐廳新推出既野食同折扣優惠, 其實我好耐之前都食過, 但當時好少野食, 唔太中意; 不過我見有時間咪照聽囉…佢同我講依家做緊個promotion 講個密碼就會有六五折, 我聽到又幾吸引Wo, 番到屋企同我女朋友講, 佢話佢屋企人又想試下咪即刻去book位lo, 當日去到環境冇乜變, 但D野食就唔同左好多, 賣相又幾吸引, 跟住我問果到餐廳同事,呢到係咪轉左廚房同幾時開始轉型, 好快個餐廳經理阿Ray走過黎同我介紹,佢個人都幾nice嫁, 好樂意同我傾, 又同我講下呢到可以做D細型party價錢可以傾下。 女朋友話D食物都多左好多, 又平又抵食, 想下次同我再食過buffet , hehe~~~~
