To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

"海歸"說雖然飲完中午茶很飽，但也想晚餐之前，去元朗食壽司當下午茶。點知元朗那些"地道"壽司店新春大休，no idea下去試下元朗的元氣壽司，貪佢本身多分店較就腳(好像7-11/大家樂之類)、水準算是穩陣、又經濟、而且我又有member card。還有是，原來"海歸"從未聽聞過"元氣壽司"這個本地連鎖食店。不過其實我們昨天為了用埋張生日8折卡，順便懶鬼煮食便去了食元氣初一午餐呢。要了燉蛋、三文魚湯、三文魚三味、蝦三味及一些大滿足系列: 帆立貝、筋子、左口魚、劍魚… 等。除了劍魚，一切壽司也是慣常穩陣又乾淨ok的，左口魚及帆立貝固然是my favourite。但劍魚… 一食便很懷疑它是甚麼，一點也不甘口也不像劍魚，使我不禁問waiter它是甚麼。我猜它是不太新鮮吧。不過，"海歸"看來在海外餓了壽司很久，食得津津有味呢。
