陳記深井燒鵝一直以來都深得香港人喜愛,每逢周末假日,必定座無虛席!總店就是一貫舊式中式酒樓的格局,超熱鬧的!駕車往深井,方便又快捷,而且有代客泊車,泊3小時只需$30,遊完車河再過黎食燒鵝,係周末最佳嘅行程!冰凍汽水 $10/罐燒鵝下庄 $165落單五分鐘左右,燒鵝已送到,極有效率!上菜時香噴噴熱辣辣,令人垂涎三尺!燒鵝充滿光澤,賣相極吸引!呢隻燒鵝極其肥美,皮薄而脆,肉質軟嫩,油脂位置入口即溶,咀嚼時有爆汁的感覺,而且醃得入味,啖啖油香,真係正到爆炸!陳記果然冇令到我哋失望!店家特製的酸梅醬,帶淡淡梅香而不酸,能稍稍降低燒鵝的油膩感。椒鹽鮮魷 $88粉漿夠薄,炸得香口,魷魚炸至僅熟,鮮味得黎仲好易咬開,很好!京蔥爆牛肉 $78不算太辣,極為濃郁惹味,牛肉片唔靭,而且份量亦頗多。金銀蛋莧菜 $5850幾蚊超大碟,莧菜唔老,湯汁香甜,唔錯!
