今天在大埔一帶出沒,老公帶了我去食拉麵。店舖不算大,但有許多可愛的擺設及飲品陳設,令人忍不住看多幾眼。拉麵可以選擇麵質,相比幼麵,我較喜歡粗曲麵。連叉燒也可以選擇。點了個北海道3.6牛乳拉麵,湯底乳白色,很綿滑,選了薄切豚肩叉燒,有三塊瘦薄叉燒,喜歡那麵上的蟹子。另外點了個櫻花蝦味噌拉麵,湯底很濃郁,叉燒大得驚人,選的是厚切腩肉豚角煮,很入味,相對鹹少少,配麵食剛剛好。檸檬味達摩梳打,檸檬味淡淡的。豐潤白桃梳打,桃香味重。拉麵配碳酸飲品,好喜歡。
