Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大閘蟹正值時令,基本上隻隻多膏。清蒸大閘蟹可以品嚐到大閘蟹原汁原味的鮮甜感 ; 太雕蒸大閘蟹會増加一份甘香感,酒香把大閘蟹提鮮。鹽焗大閘蟹的蟹肉會比較鹹香乾爽,由於經高溫鹽焗,迫出蟹油香味,更大大提升蟹膏香味,又是另一番風味。以這3款來說,個人最推比較鹽焗大閘蟹,享受最香甜豐腴的黏口蟹膏。

這裡的北京片皮鴨供應得快,熱辣辣的薄餅皮包著皮脆肉香的片皮鴨,加上甜醬、青瓜片和京蔥絲,暖乎乎的飽肚又好吃。

脆鹵豆腐、椒鹽豬扒、椒鹽海蝦
筆者最愛吃脆鹵豆腐,香脆的外層配上嫩滑的內層,蘸上白醋吃,味道一流,令筆者再加單呢!椒鹽味豬扒惹味得來不會太乾身。椒鹽海蝦蝦肉結實,味道適中。乾煸四季豆份量十足有鑊氣,小菜來說都不錯。

餐廳有糯米飯、菜肉包和奶皇包供應,但吃得太多片皮鴨,就沒有吃了。反而要留肚吃甜品

🍡 甜品
甜品款式頗多,試了金獅脆麻花、楊枝甘露、呂宋香芒布丁、養顏紅棗糕和蟠桃大壽桃包,每款水準都不錯,壽桃包比拳頭更大,內裡有微甜綿滑的蓮蓉及咸蛋黃,饅頭鬆軟,足料美味。養顏紅棗糕也是必點單品,有淡淡的紅棗香,Q彈美味。

大閘蟹蟹膏實在是鮮味滿滿,最後謹記喝一杯熱薑茶驅驅寒氣。

餐廳環境舒服,設加一服務費及茶錢。以大閘蟹放題來說,食物種類算多,出餐亦沒有漏單情況,值得一試。
