To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陶源新出咗以海鮮為主嘅8道菜餐,而且2位起就可以叫,唔使下下都要返半圍一圍先叫到海鮮黎食,對於少人家庭或者情侶夫婦都好啱🥹金鰻伴五層肉先黎前菜小點,有脆皮燒肉肥瘦均勻,同皮脆肉嫩嘅金鰻開邊澳洲龍蝦🦞之後就到每人半邊嘅澳龍,簡單上湯煮已經好鮮美,肉質飽滿有彈性,即使半邊已經非常大隻!🥰避開塘珍寶蟹🦀2個人已經有全隻嘅避風塘炒蟹,外面一層薄薄嘅炸衣,蟹身大隻,珍寶蟹唔算多膏但肉都幾多,伴上風味十足嘅避風塘一齊食好滿足馬蘇里拉焗響螺螺肉已經切成片咁加上白汁一齊焗,主要食佢嘅爽口口感金蒜蒸蘇格蘭蟶子火候控制啱啱好,完全唔韌,啱啱好甩殼,爆多蒜蓉粉絲好惹味👍🏻魚子醬蒸海斑球呢一道幾精緻,啖啖肉嘅海斑球加上魚子醬做點綴,鮮上加鮮,對於中意食魚但又唔中意骨嘅人事黎講啱晒最後仲有生拆蟹粉蝦球,菜以及巨型糯米雞,真係捧住個肚走先得🥹一個餐食到咁多高質海鮮真係食得過
