周末計劃無需多,休閒地吃頓豐盛早午餐作開始方才是生活,鐵板燒未嘗不是一個好主意,而且中午光顧更化算!雪舟佈置得非常日本風,成功營造有質素的形象,我亦喜歡面向窗的安排,陽光透進餐桌,正能量釋放!雪舟午餐有四款肉的選擇,我們二人一豚一牛柳分享。說時遲那時快,薯仔沙律送上,本來其貌不揚,卻又非常喜歡,甜甜地的,正好提升黏黏糯糯的薯仔沙律食味,而且焦脆薯粒添咬口,為遲來的午餐作美好的開始。繼而是茶碗蒸,含海鮮,鮮甜幼滑。廚師桌的始祖之一,鐵板燒本來就是一種表演項目,看著師父切切炒炒,手法俐落,美味的大蝦及帶子已經準備好。大蝦及帶子新鮮本來就是好,沒有需要多說,欣賞的是準備過程及擺盤。澳洲高級牛柳及日本黑豚扒燒至恰到好處,喜歡提味的柚子蒜蓉鼓油汁及香草鹽,確實增分不少。最後有季節炒野菜、蒜蓉炒飯、味增湯的基本組合。咖啡及雪糕作終結。
