To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

預計週一大澳應該人不多，前往文物酒店吃個悠閒午餐。大澳出名蝦醬，走過一陣濃郁蝦醬味，菜單中有許多蝦醬入饌，不是我杯茶。只有找菜單中沒有蝦醬的食物。不到兩點去到，要排隊，等了20分鐘終於入座。環境清潔，陽光充沛，望著平靜的海浪感覺很好。叫了三文治和汽水，飲料先到，紅粉顏色，透明的冰塊讓人一陣清涼，即刻熱氣全消。三明治跟薯條，味道正宗。雲吞麵有鮮蝦的味道，湯底濃郁。幾樣食物都有水準。希望下次夠膽試蝦醬味道的食品
