To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次來南丫島，從索罟灣行到過來已經肚餓非常，腦袋已經太累無能量思考，隨便挑了一間茶餐廳吃個午飯。點了個招牌紅豆冰（我很愛紅豆冰，但還沒試到好味到哇然的紅豆冰），真係粒粒的紅豆，好像是整堆紅豆結左冰才加奶和水的。口感不錯，但味道還欠了些。主菜是腸仔五香肉丁出前一丁，正當不過不失。發現南丫島的居民都係唔戴口罩的，唔知點解呢。🤔🤔
