To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日嘆吓下午茶時光，與家人談話家常，未嘗不是一樁樂事。去完戲曲中心，過條隧道便到佐敦寶靈街附近，行得有些累，入間茶餐廳充充電。一個炸雞脾配薯條，一個配沙律。雞脾炸得尙算香脆，亦幾大隻。薯條唔係即炸，涼涼地唔脆。至於沙律就唔知撈咗什麼沙律醬，味道怪怪地，最終沒有吃。香脆奶油豬，豬仔飽烘熱了才塗上牛油，所以沒有溶了的牛油滲入飽中的香氣。法蘭克福腸熱狗，現成法蘭克福腸，現成熱狗飽烘熱，現成熱狗醬再加幾片生菜。因此是最安全的味道。凍檸茶，熱奶茶正常
