To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過藍田食下午茶,無意間發現呢度有間食韓國菜嘅餐廳,裝修唔係好韓國style,但算係餐牌上面有啲韓國風味嘅菜式。當然感覺上都唔覺得係好正宗嘅韓國菜,但係個口癮都可以。我哋點左個魔鬼芝士,一口炸雞,同埋韓式泡菜豚肉pizza。魔鬼芝士醬,芝士味唔太濃郁,反而件炸雞其實淨食都幾好味。整體來講同喺韓國餐廳食嘅炸雞嘅感覺比較差得遠,當普通炸雞食則可。至於泡菜pizza則有驚喜,泡菜同埋腩肉都幾豐富,加埋蕃茄醬,味道有層次,呢個價錢性價比高。結論,如果突然間想食韓國菜嘅都不妨一試,不過唔好同正宗韓國餐廳有比較。
