新正頭到大東北參拜,記起年多前大埔好友帶我到過一法國餐廳午膳,難得順道決定先醫肚門面有一座鋼琴,白朦朧一片的玻璃大門,充滿神秘感玻璃門一開就會變透明,關門即變白色,私隱度高餐廳中間吊著一盞大水晶燈,加上開放式酒櫃,氛圍浪漫午市套餐前菜蝶豆花木魚清湯•鯛魚刺身色彩豔麗,以食用花及青瓜片作點綴凍湯加入檸檬汁後變成粉紅色,湯頭清甜帶出鯛魚鮮味波特酒釀葡萄·法式鵝肝凍以酒杯盛載,十分別緻是日餐湯為南瓜忌廉湯,入口香滑又滿有甘甜的南瓜味主菜海膽扁意粉每條意粉都沾滿醬汁又彈牙傳統法式鵝肝牛柳的鵝肝外脆內軟,配上嫩滑牛柳,令人滿足小食特級魚子醬多士鹹香帶鮮,加上金箔的賣相不得了是日甜品心太軟一刀切下去時,內裡的朱古力漿如火山熔岩般流出,慢慢流動飲品有生啤、紅、白酒、果汁、咖啡或茶可供選擇
