To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時比較少入大埔，今次入到去就想食啲特色嘢😎無意間搵到呢間特色小廚，見到座無虛席，即刻大大提高信心！食物選擇非常之多，價錢亦係貼地街坊價👍🏻今次試咗爽滑魚皮，蜆介鯪魚球，客家雞，素鵝等等。。。雖然唔係一些十分高價嘅食物，但係睇得出廚師好俾心機去做，味道真係非常之有住家嘅感覺。小店坐滿街坊，感覺十分溫馨，員工服務態度亦十分良好，很有禮貌！整體感覺非常之唔錯，新界區朋友仔可以抽空來試吓，回味無窮！
