To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

古色古香既上海菜榮華川菜館，餐館保留了傳統風味🕺🏻上海菜，唔少得既當然係雲吞雞🐥今日我自己一個人挑戰2人餐🫵🏻🫵🏻奶油津白超級多奶油 ，再加上金華粒火腿，令到每條津白都沾上了奶油🧈🫵🏻雲吞雞四隻大大件嘅雞，再加上六隻大大粒雲吞，雲吞入邊有原隻鮮蝦配搭少少嘅蔬菜🥬再加上成煲湯，唔會邊飲水邊飲湯，真材實料，無添加味精😋我自己一個都已經飲哂了😂🫵🏻口水雞麻麻辣辣，極之開胃，口水雞嘅份量已經足夠兩個人食用🙌🏻雞肉嫩滑🐥而且10分入味，啲麻辣味道慢慢深入喉嚨😋自己一個人都可以食到兩碗白飯🍚🫵🏻八寶茶可以消除油膩感之餘，仲可以下火🍵🍵焗一陣先飲，甘甘甜甜嘅味道更加特岀👍
