🍣三文魚厚厚一塊,馬刀貝鮮甜爽口,灸燒中拖羅有微焦香,口感嫩滑,赤海老新鮮爽彈鮮味,八爪魚好有嚼勁,聽店長講佢地對食材既鮮度好有要求,堅持使用當日新鮮的食材,現場即時製作,確保食材的新鮮度和品質,品質有保證啊!

🍙食壽司黎講壽司飯都非常重要,一食就知味道對不對,米飯軟硬度,黏合到同酸度都很高水準,好岩我口味,讚!

🛶我就最鐘意三咪腐皮鱻船,真係好有創意,每隻鱻船都有唔同既配料,包括北寄貝沙律,玉米蟹柳沙律,龍蝦沙律,一次過滿足不同口味,完全滿足最鐘意食腐皮既我。

🦀炸軟殼蟹:原隻開半酥炸,見到都覺得好滋味,外層酥脆,內裏嫩滑,多重口感,不會感覺太油膩。

🥣蜆肉味噌湯:味噌湯濃度剛好,蜆肉彈牙,啖啖海鮮甜味,一定要襯熱飲呀。

冷盤帶子裙邊,中華沙律都係開胃菜冷盤首選,食到索索聲,唔會太咸,一下子就食晒了😆。

午市刺身丼定食只係$88真係好抵食,有三文魚,吞拿魚,赤海老,帆立貝,油甘魚,蛋,仲有味噌湯同中華沙律,全部都厚切新鮮,好豐富!

🍰甜品: 練乳草莓生芝士蛋糕好creamy練乳香甜亦有草莓既微酸中和返,好味。高知縣柚子雪葩當然係清新透心涼啦!

雖然鱻匠係平中價日食,但係裝潢,鮮度,創意同擺盤都絕不馬虎,絕對滿足到視覺享受,除左去食平靚正既日食,仲可以打卡一翻!❤️
