筲箕灣呢個巷仔小店位,真係經歷左n咁多手轉讓,記得做過西餐,餃子,日式飯,到而家既日本刺身壽司店。味道真心唔錯,希望佢做得住!今晚較夜吃飯,兩個人只叫了一個細的北海道海鮮飯,魚子手卷,吞拿魚蓉手卷,及炸墨魚頭。北海道海鮮飯的蟹膏及蟹肉好澎湃鮮味,三文魚子係口中爆出咸香,並無一般好死咸既假味。吞拿魚蓉量不多,紫菜亦較軟身不夠脆,這個扣了一點分數。炸墨魚頭外層香脆,口感是比較油一點。整體來說,味道夠新鮮,價格不貴,在同區性價比高!
