To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次呢間餐廳 係真‧隱世我經常出尖沙咀食飯 但卻從來都無踏足過呢個商場而且餐廳位置仲要係地庫 基本上都好難發現餐廳充滿日式居酒屋風情 原來東京總店都極具人氣而家開左係香港 一於試一試先~居酒屋座位都充滿日式格調 除咗少不免嘅bar枱之外 更設有日式榻榻米座位彷似置身於日本一樣鯛魚刺身薄切到晶瑩剔透 新鮮不帶腥味壽司拼盤 (三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、帆立貝、赤蝦)壽司嚟講得呢一款選擇 但都包括曬一般大眾喜愛嘅款式性價比一流!燒慢煮牛肋肉牛肋肉本身位置都偏軟熟 再加上慢煮手法 令肉味提昇之餘 肉質更嫩滑燒牛舌雖然佢切得比較厚身 但係我鍾意個款有咬口嘅牛舌厚身得嚟一啲都唔韌再配埋Sake 傾計輕鬆Chill一晚
