今次介紹間抵食又飽肚既餐廳先~ 觀塘既工廈真係隱藏左好多高質既小店呀!餐廳由一班90後廚師打理,佢地立志要做出最好味既豉油雞,可見絕不馬虎!♢🍱秋意去骨豉油雞 $60平時食豉油雞既固有印象就係去燒味店斬料,或者係茶記既碟頭飯,不過秋意就中日融合,以日式便當既方法呈現廣東菜式,好精緻!招牌豉油雞果然名不虛傳,一上菜就已經香噴噴!成份豉油雞唔會太多醬汁,但係每塊雞皮都浸到夠入味,食落帶D焦糖香味,而且D雞皮又唔會太多肥膏,肉質又夠細嫩,仲好貼心去哂骨添!原來秋意個秘訣就係用上最靚既三黃雞,難怪咁好食!便當入面仲有半隻酒釀溏心蛋﹑胡麻醬沙律菜同小菜,做到一餐都營養均衡,抵讚!♢ 🐓瑤柱去骨貴妃雞 $62同豉油雞唔一樣,貴妃雞比較著重於雞既鮮味。雞皮既黃油岩岩好,食落滑口,咬落去感受到肉質細膩,配上瑤柱食用再帶一點鹹香,同豉油雞好唔同,但都同樣出色!秋意知道好多女士都減肥唔想食咁多飯~ 所以白飯加$5可以轉「乾撈低醣蒟蒻麵」,可以減低攝取澱粉質。呢個麵都有驚喜咼!平時食蒟蒻麵最怕有猩味同橡膠口感,但佢完全唔會!感覺就好似食緊港式炒麵咁,帶有芝麻香,好好食!♢ 🥣花膠竹絲雞燉蟲草花湯 $48呢碗

♢ 🥣花膠竹絲雞燉蟲草花湯 $48
呢碗湯超級足料又好飲,睇得出秋意好有誠意!呢碗湯味道鮮甜,用左花膠﹑烏雞﹑豬肉黎煲,加上蟲草花帶有些少中藥味。花膠湯滋補養顏,又有豐富骨膠原,叫便當加$48就飲到喇~ 好抵!


秋意既豉油雞好值得一試!唔只主菜好食,連配菜都一樣新鮮好味!除左豉油雞貴妃雞,佢地仲有口水雞、紅燒肉﹑酸菜魚等等。今次其實仲想試醉鮑魚架,可惜夜晚黎已經賣哂,唯有下次再黎試啦!
