第二次到訪在西環一間比較預約的餐廳,要提前大約一至兩星期預約,師傅會早3-4天同你確認餐牌一次,商討下最近季節有邊個市邊個県既魚當造。傾下餐牌,了解下你大約每位的預算而去設計當晚的餐牌。當然,這間居酒屋,顯然不是食環境,是食師傅的心機和氣氛,當天有幾款魚都是師傅早幾天預備的。而當天,基本每一道菜都會親自呈上加以講解,互動十足。而有幾款菜式真的十分推介糖心蛋大家都食過,但糖心賴尿蝦應該見都未見過,上次已經大開眼戒,今次簡直再三回味😍當然煮法你地自己問師傅😂另外一個今次第一次食 大蔥吉列豬卷(好似系咁),日本大蔥勁甜加黑豚簡直一流🤤仲有個拖羅,仲有個岩手縣既蠔😍仲有好多好多,大約十至十二道菜。有個壓軸,就是魚湯粥,勁香勁鮮甜😍總括來講如果怕熱嘅朋友需要早少少預訂室內嘅位置,當然坐室外都有幾把好強勁嘅風扇陪你。適合好友聚餐,節日慶祝😍記得提前預約👍🏻
