To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城隱世烤魚~一試難忘!魚湯米線更是十分出色☺️泡椒味烤魚我們選了鉗魚,搭配上泡椒的微辣和酸爽,味道相當誘人。烤魚皮脆肉嫩,內裡鮮嫩多汁,再加上泡椒的香辣調味,真是讓人難以忘懷。另外,牛丸口感彈牙,每一口都充滿了肉汁的香味。鮮魚腩魚湯米線湯底用鮮魚熬製,湯汁濃郁而清甜,完全沒有魚腥味。米線煮得恰到好處,軟硬適中,搭配著魚湯的鮮美讓人每一口都倍感滿足。湯中還有幾片煮得軟嫩的魚腩,這種口感與米線的滑嫩非常合拍,更加提升了整體的美味度。銀菊露、王老吉銀菊露清爽甘甜,入口帶有淡淡的菊花香氣,對於夏季來說,是一款非常解渴的飲品。王老吉則一如既往地具備了清熱解毒的功效,口感微甜,喝起來非常舒適。
