🥰 早前同事 “范閒” 推介觀塘 “孔夫子” 嘅酸菜魚, 等唔到機會食. 後嚟相同位置開咗 “張公子”, 聽講味道一樣出色, 甚至可能係同一個廚師, 今日慕名而來.🥢 餐廳入口有個標誌性嘅石造大櫃檯, 右轉係長方形大廳, 一眼睇晒, 座位闊落, 但滿座嘅時候都幾嘈.今日點咗幾款點心, 蟹籽蒸燒賣, 蟹粉小籠包, 蠔皇叉燒包, 鮮菇棉花雞, 帶子芋蓉盒, 整體質素優質.🤗 主角係 酸菜桂魚片湯銀針粉, 魚肉嫩滑, 酸湯椒味緩緩滲出, 味道平衡, 絕配銀針粉, 一滴不留, 值得推介.
