入嚟元朗同朋友行街、睇戲、食飯,山長水遠入到嚟,梗係要食好啲。 最後決定去食鐵板燒,就喺B仔涼粉附近。睇睇餐牌,店員推介「鐵板燒廚師發辦」,話會食到好多道菜品喎。 簡單一個價錢$1280一位,但無寫明詳情。 哈! 過癮! 鐵板燒都有廚師發辦,都係第一次試。先嚟開胃沙律,特別在佢上面加左蕎頭,真係好開胃。跟住係鐵板蒸蛋,第一次見,細細杯,蛋夠嫩滑,上面有黑松露同三文魚籽。北寄貝新鮮爽甜。青柳貝香甜爽脆。帶子用左柚子胡椒同竹碳鹽調味,幾特別。金雕係用鍋烹調,做法有啲奇怪,似半煎炸。 點知做出嚟魚鱗竟然好鬆脆,可以連埋魚肉一齊食,真係正! 伴以海膽松露忌廉醬同紫蘇花。紫蘇花係紫蘇嘅花,紫色細細朵幾靚,但又有紫蘇葉味,未試過,今晚長見識了!粒貝上面加左炒香嘅烏魚子,帶有咸香味道。跟住龍蝦出場,一放上去隻龍蝦跳跳紮,果然新鮮。 倒出龍蝦膏煮成醬汁,再連埋龍蝦肉一齊炒,超掂呀!公魚可以原條食。清酒煮蜆啲蜆好鮮甜,個清酒湯吸收晒啲鮮味,全部俾我飲晒。鵝肝多士上面加左蘋果醬,最後食埋啲水果,雙種解油膩。高質佐賀和牛,牛味濃郁,油脂豐富。 係正,但食多兩舊會覺得好膩吓。魚湯係我全餐飯至愛,用左好多種魚

估唔到元朗有咁出色嘅鐵板燒,只係有點隱閉,好彩有地膽帶路啫。 全晚食左好多道菜品,飽到要捧住個肚走添! By the way,呢間係我食過最好味嘅鐵板燒!
