To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小編已停了分享一段時間，但這間隱世厨房，完全值得推介探訪牛頭角區覓食，於定安街一帶見這小店座無虛席，小編2人即時走進這間小店，感覺光猛舒服，店員笑容親切招待，先奉上西洋菜豬骨湯，入囗鮮甜，湯味濃郁，無添加。正2人選了魚香茄子煲，份量足，肉碎及茄子頗多，味道香濃野味，配上白飯一絕，小編推介。另選半隻沙䕬雞，皮光雞肉嫩滑，份量足半隻，食指大動。這兩度小菜已令我回味一番，餐牌上可選擇的非常多，相信再回值非常高。埋單$150，這個質數無得輸。
