To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚本來有活動但臨時取消左，咁就同朋友是但食個晚餐，朋友話想食譚仔咁就入左去食。由於放工實左太肚餓，我地一見到野食就食左差啲冇影到相，呢碟細土匪原本有三隻😂佢真係做到好入味，可能因為係細細隻，啲肉都滑啲，好中意陣孜然粉味，真係好好食🤤因為想食下小食，我地兩個人淨係叫左一碗米線share,又係我最愛既蕃茄湯底😂出面食個啲成日都會怕伏，但譚仔既茄湯絕對唔會！配上少少辣味非常夾又野味左👍🏼而魚腐都係一向會叫開，中意佢夠淋而且魚味濃。最後仲叫左個麻辣豬耳，唔好見佢冇咩色好似乾爭爭咁，其實係因為朋友話怕肥想走紅油，但呀姐姐又話冇得走，最後幫我地小紅油小紅油小紅油，但佢個汁都係絕對足夠架。豬耳好爽脆，小左紅油仲冇咁辣，啱曬我食☺️比大家睇睇真係小紅油小紅油小紅油架🤨（重要既野要寫三次）
