位置於尖沙咀山林道的G Place,雖然餐廳不大,但是這間小店內裡環境蠻好的,柔和的燈光營造浪漫的氣氛。只接受預訂座位或包場。以高級和季節限定的食材入饌,採用自家手工炮製,店員上菜時亦會悉心介紹每一道菜,價錢相當reasonable的fine dining。餐前小吃清新意大利醋配以青瓜粒,(可以吃的!)玫瑰花瓣,鮮蘑菇芥末醬,平衡咸香風乾黑毛豬火腿,非常開胃。Beetroot Salmon Gravlax他們花了很多心思去設計每一度的菜色,我就特別喜愛這糖鹽漬紅菜頭三文魚,唔講唔知道以為是真的三文魚呢!Creamy Mussel Soup季節限定的法國藍青口湯,香氣撲鼻,飲起嚟濃而不膩,很有質感,比平日的青口湯,顯得更有特色。Seafood cannelloni海鮮卷粉配紫薯藜麥,塗上厚厚一層蛋黃醬烤焗,口感綿密,紫薯味濃郁,大大提升左海鮮卷既口感,增添風味。Baked Flounder with Mayonnaise and Fresh Tomato Sauce整體感覺濃郁,mayonnaise和手打鮮茄醬出奇地匹配,超級satisfying。
