To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環有條小巷，若非附近居民或跟著地址幾乎不會發現這裡有一間隱世小店懷舊的裝修，別具一番風味我點了一個常餐，另改了出前一丁跟奶油豬小驚喜的冰室在煮麵也花了小心思加上菜跟小配料軟硬適中奶油豬也是脆脆的好吃另外冬陰公扎肉金邊粉整個鍋端上，很特別冬陰公微酸微辣，很適合大多人口味扎肉很好吃，彈彈的小食有鳳爪跟雞翼我好喜歡鳳爪，無骨的吃的很方便然後酸酸的挺開胃而雞翼炸得非常香蒜香味濃不會太油，吃了也不會很有罪惡感不知道是否當餐廳有名時，身在鬧市就會質素下降所以我一直很喜歡找一些偏一點的小店除了有人情味，多簡單的食物也會用心去做

小食有鳳爪跟雞翼
我好喜歡鳳爪，無骨的吃的很方便
然後酸酸的挺開胃
而雞翼炸得非常香
蒜香味濃
不會太油，吃了也不會很有罪惡感

不知道是否當餐廳有名時，身在鬧市就會質素下降
所以我一直很喜歡找一些偏一點的小店
除了有人情味，多簡單的食物也會用心去做
