Restaurant: Wing Wah Southeast Asia Cafe

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環一帶都係舊式嘅建築物居多,今日咁啱經過附近,遠處已經望到一棵粉藍色外牆嘅大廈,但我估唔到行近啲轉個灣會有間冰室喺到!懷舊風無得輸,一於去食個晚餐先!1. 晚餐C : 燒黃薑雞扒飯。呢塊燒雞扒好特別,用黃薑一齊燒之餘,佢嘅燒雞皮非常卜卜脆!但又唔會係燶哂,所以好考功夫的。但配上酸酸辣辣嘅青瓜做配菜,好開胃呀。2. 晚餐F : 串燒飯,改出前一丁。一共有四串嘅串燒(一半雞一半豬),淋上秘製沙嗲汁,面頭仲有好多花生碎,食到好惹味!本來會擔心專登加$5要出前一丁會唔會吃虧,但原來餐廳會加上生菜、芽菜、蘿蔔一齊煮!誠意十足!我自己就飲咗杯熱菊蜜,甜入心~
