To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 餐廳係惠康條窄巷入面，位置唔多，只有6位bar枱同2張2人座高枱，唔係特別好錯，不過小店好貼心，每個位都有一包紙巾，食物款式好多，眼花撩亂。今次試左牛油果炸雞堡，漢堡好厚，入面有牛油果、日本椰菜絲、雞肉、他他醬，炸雞真係脆皮，肥瘦適中好大件，有提供刀叉，醬汁唔算好多，岩岩好，唔會食到成手都係。其他款式嘅漢堡都好特別，除左漢堡仲有意粉，小食同串燒。呢間燒雞皮好抵食，忍唔住叫左串試吓，好脆好好味😋逢星期二仲有買二送一，可惜我一個人食唔到咁多，埋單見原來可以加$18跟餐，下次可以再試其他🤤
