To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇左人地IG 介紹既隱世小店而去，真係行左成個圈先搵到佢既存在，住開黃大仙既me, 平時都會行去新蒲崗食下野，原來平時都有路過，都完全唔知有依間日本野價錢親民，細細間，野食都ok, 不過佢壽司飯既口感同平時食既有d 分別，飯質比較糯d, 上菜都算快手機落單，2人消費埋單都係$180, 真係抵食，叫左幾款芝士卷物（三文魚同曼魚，不過不失），最好食係炸軟殼蟹，同手卷系列，一d 都唔茹寒，叫左黑松露吞拿魚手卷同三文魚手卷，d 料係食到底都重有魚肉既，唔同出面食既得最上層先有，不失望炸雞就比個名吸引左，食落就還可以啦店員服務態度都好好，雖然細細間，不過都多人外賣同排隊等位
