To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從石門有馬鐵站之後，石門站附近已經開咗唔少餐廳，可謂百花齊放。近排大家發起支持小店，一於搵間小店去試一下。來到Craps cafe，第一個反應是細。只有十個坐位左右，連大門亦非常隱蔽，一不留神就搵唔到㗎啦。餐廳主打咖啡，輕食同意粉。當日我點咗蕃茄大蝦意粉，醬汁蕃茄味夠濃，大蝦亦夠大隻同爽口，意粉夠al dente，味道唔錯。order意粉仲可以加錢要餐湯，當日是蘑菇湯，蘑菇味算濃。絕對不是一般例湯的hea，心機之作。
