To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

常常說，舊區有驚喜，這間小炒絕對是一個大驚喜。一行六人，點了幾個小菜，食得岀廚師的功夫。芝麻雞，皮脆到好似薯片咁，而肉質滑溜。另一驚喜是黃金涼瓜，一咸一苦，炸得脆卜卜，咸蛋王正好balance 苦溺味，佐酒一流。砵酒焗蠔大大隻，外面夠脆身，入面juicy。䌫角骨惹味，東升班鮮嫩可口，點了其他小菜如小炒王丶椒鹽豆腐也夠鑊氣。地方乾淨，服務態度殷勤，大眾化價錢，難怪坐無虛席。家庭小店，食物有heart，值得推薦。
