岩石燒近年越黎越流行,好多朋友食完都話正,因為除左形式比較特別之外,用石燒可以即時將食材內的水分封鎖🔒,令食物口感更佳。今次小K黎到大角咀,一於試下呢個石一燒😄餐牌上面主打牛、羊、豬,由於唔係太肚餓既關係,所以只係叫左個霜降角切牛,另外仲包埋飯素、沙律、甜品等等,非常不錯😉如果想搵翻少少童年回憶的話,亦可以試下佢個兒童套餐,價錢還可以💰,包左飲品同沙律👍🏻終於黎到真正既主角,職員表示石燒牛最理想既時間係一分鐘,不是每邊燒一分鐘,而是總共燒一分鐘,燒完之後見到都流曬口水😋😋最後呢個甜品十分特別,抹茶雪糕要自己整,加左水之後攪勻,然後倒入雪糕🍦,一轉眼就變成抹茶雪糕😂餐廳名稱:石一燒餐廳地址:大角咀鐵樹街10號
