To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁啱係網上見到呢間位於工廈嘅茶餐廳，平時經常行過樓下都唔知道，今日同朋友就去試下。餐廳裝修好地道感覺，有舊香港風味。食物有很多選擇，早餐、午餐、常餐、茶餐都有，價錢抵食，而且味道都唔錯。🍅腸仔蕃茄濃湯通粉及火腿奄列：蕃茄湯底味道適中，唔會太酸及太鹹，通粉吸收到湯底好好味。火腿奄列唔會太老，有很多火腿。🍜炸雞翼、粟米墨魚餅配讚岐烏冬：炸雞翼香脆可口，墨魚餅彈牙。讚岐烏冬滑溜有咬口，味道很好。🦑味菜鮮魷飯送例湯：魷魚鮮味彈牙，加上惹味味菜同醬汁，很好餸飯。冬瓜薏米煲老鴨湯好足料，有很香陳皮味，夏天飲好消暑。🍗珍寶炸雞脾配粟米條：大大隻雞脾炸得香脆，仲有我最愛香甜牛油粟米，下午茶食都夠飽。🧈鮮牛油菠蘿包：微暖菠蘿包夾住大塊牛油，茶記邪惡之選。茶餐廳唔少得飲奶茶☕️，香濃茶味提神必飲。另外涼粉紅豆冰都要試，夏天食涼粉透心涼，感覺當甜品都幾好😂
