To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相約在觀塘工作的舊同事午餐,他約我到開聯工業中心內的「番尋味」茶餐廳,這裏真的是要附近上班的人士才知道這間人世茶餐廳,彷彿穿越回港式飲食文化的黃金時代。午餐附送老火例湯,今天是花生雞腳紅蘿蔔湯兩,花生與雞腳的搭配滋補養生,紅蘿蔔的清甜恰到好處地中和了湯的厚重感,每一口都有家常的感覺。叫了星洲炒米,搭配蝦仁、火腿等配料,口感豐富,炒得好香。同事叫了特色咖哩海鮮飯,非常豐富,有炸蟹鉗、魚柳、鮮蝦、鮮魷、蟹柳等,也不錯。飲品叫了韓式柚子梳打,清新解膩。
