To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 趁著假期到東涌購物及遊逛，近年喜歡到東涌海濱，喜歡那兒人流不多，還可以欣賞飛機升降。別了數月，原來海濱擴展了，現可一直走到碼頭，與商場的繁囂相比，就像鬧市中的綠洲。從東涌海濱回程時，甫走下天橋，就見到一列海堤灣畔的食肆，那時剛到正午，人流不多，加上逛完海濱有點累，就決定在這裡選一間午飯，順道歇歇後才逛outlets。徘徊於那幾家食肆門外，最後選擇了意大利餐廳A Tavola Bar & Grill，喜歡餐廳的設計和陳設，滿有外國風情，就試這家吧！由於這次是「獨食」，由此未能試多幾款食物，本想點pizza的，也唯有待下次人多再試，今回只點了一客risotto意大利飯和一杯飲品。海鮮意大利飯上桌時，覺得其貌不揚，但吃過後發現它的味道遠比外觀好。一來海鮮非常多，吃到最後還是啖啖海鮮，當中蝦身大而且爽口，海鮮質素不錯，此外意大利飯的飯粒飽滿，充滿了湯汁的鮮甜，濃稠度也剛好，creamy得來不會水汪汪，味道值得一讚！飲品方面點了Fruit Punch，味道不過不失。這回要讚一讚服務，因為菜牌中的mocktails選項，只有飲品名而沒有加以說明是由甚麼製作出來的，也不知飲品的賣相如何，侍應生樂意將

 飲品方面點了Fruit Punch，味道不過不失。這回要讚一讚服務，因為菜牌中的mocktails選項，只有飲品名而沒有加以說明是由甚麼製作出來的，也不知飲品的賣相如何，侍應生樂意將飲品的成份和顏色耐心地描述予顧客知道。建議將飲品的成份加進菜牌，那麼顧客就懂自行選擇了。

 吃飽離開時，見到一個平日lunch set的餐牌，以相當不錯的食物質素來說，價格可謂非常吸引，假若下次平日到來的話，定會再次光顧。

總的來說，這是一次愉快的餐饗體驗，尤其對於剛逛了個多小時有點累的我來說，需要特別讚一下位置，餐廳十分靠近東涌海濱呢！假如你是駕車到來的話，餐廳是十分靠近東薈城的北車場的。
