元朗係一個永遠都充滿驚喜既地方,估你唔到元朗有拉面店既質素係同登龍街相約,價錢因為租金問題,當然平過登龍街一大截,又唔洗下下都排隊話說本身就病病地,一病既食量就增大10億倍,我承認我係叫得好din。大家先睇睇個咁可愛既menu先,真心畫得好可愛!山松焰野菌松露(軟)拉面配豬軟骨($78) 加combo($28,因為貪小便宜,like and share左fb所以變半價$14 ya!)登登~ 點解多左2塊叉燒既?因為呢度既拉面可以選配豬軟骨or叉燒,貪心的小狗想哂試豬軟骨同叉燒,所以加20蚊配多份叉燒。見到擺到咁靚已經暗爽左一下沙律真心好味,啲菜起碼乾淨先,配個柚子醋加芝麻,酸酸地好開胃,不過食到最尾,貪心點好多汁所以酸左小小。食拉面首先一定係飲湯先!個豚骨湯我夠膽講係好味過登龍街大部分拉面店,因為飲落除左好重豚骨味之外,最重要係有豬骨既膠質,令到個湯好濃好有骨膠原既感覺!上面有一pat係黑松露醬,配上木耳,竹筍,蟹味菇,紫菜,好彩有叫combo所以有一隻溏心蛋加配。個黑松露醬好香,唔係流料haha,撈左落湯度,令成個湯馬上昇華!竹筍真心唔係講笑,出奇地好食,好甜好爽口,但紫菜普通料左左

個黑松露醬好香,唔係流料haha,撈左落湯度,令成個湯馬上昇華!竹筍真心唔係講笑,出奇地好食,好甜好爽口,但紫菜普通料左左小小,不過食拉面又唔係紫菜做主角既

拉面面質夠正,就算揀軟身拉面都不失彈性,面粉味好香,同埋好索到啲湯,啖啖拉面都夾雜左豚骨湯,要食到Sirsir聲先得!

如果你問我選豬軟骨定叉燒好,我毫不猶豫地一定答你係叉燒!因為豬軟骨真係無乜味,個肉有小小實唔太鬆化。叉燒就真係好高水準!本身醃得夠味,仲要係烤過,所以食落去,豬油已經烤到好香,油膩感大減,仲有小小脆口,超好味!

小女子咁大食既情況下,難免吸引到有個店員姐姐問我食唔食得哂,之後傾左幾句,先知原來個湯煲左20幾個鐘,難怪咁重膠質同埋咁濃豬骨味。

姐姐仲話可以試下用福菜(即係醃左既芥蘭苗)配埋拉面一齊食,食落有啲似菜甫,好少見到拉面有呢個福菜,幾得意既~
