To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次要介紹既係呢間Combo小店!點解我會話佢隱世!係因為係西九龍中心真係好少呢類型西式餐廳,加上食物同服務都係預計唔到既高水準!所以決定打呢篇Blog去記錄一下去到唔洗等位,因為我地成十幾人book左檯慶功宴,所以老闆特別預留左長檯位置俾我地,之後當然要介紹下食物! 人多最好就係可以咩都點下! 以下係我地個晚叫左既餸菜。我至愛既羊架一d酥味都無,好好食!焗龍蝦!好大隻叫左兩款唔同既生蠔試,都新鮮既!好Juicy蒜蓉炒硯黑松露雲吞呢個味道合宜,配餐酒一流!當晚比較遜色左少少既係牛扒,因為可能聽錯左既關係,扒生左少少甜品Cheese cake 都好夠味! 但最可惜係掛住食,無影到個威靈頓牛柳個碟最好食,亦係餐廳主打總括係深水埗搵到呢間新既西餐廳慶功宴,係有驚喜既!最後都送上慶功既獎牌相片記錄一下啦
