咁岩去開大埔,就諗住去支持下大埔啲小店,發現到呢間日本料理餐廳裝修得好靚,就入去試吓啦鋪頭唔算好多人,好快就入得去一坐低就比左兩杯熱茶我地啦由於都幾肚餓嘅關係,所以都叫左幾多嘢食首先係呢個角切魚生飯,份量比想像中少,但係勝在魚生夠新鮮,食落好香,加埋新鮮山葵同豉油另外重點左三款壽司,分別係八爪魚,燒左口魚裙邊,同埋蟹膏甜蝦軍艦。八爪魚覺得有少少乾,味道一般。反而另外兩款有驚喜左口魚裙邊燒完之後好香魚油味,而蟹膏就夠晒鮮甜值得一讚去親日本餐廳都要叫我燒芝士年糕食今次都唔例外佢比起坊間嘅芝士年糕偏甜同埋淋,反而少咗芝士嘅鹹香味。最後就另外在叫咗個燒牛舌,咬落幾多汁,比起出面食嘅濕啲,但係每一舊都有醬汁嘅味道,反而冇咁乾身
