如果唔係朋友喺呢度讀書,完全唔會知道呢度有間餐廳,今日就係試吓呢間隱世嘅西餐 bistro by ntt 一入到去見到裝修非常輕鬆,而且地方非常闊落,都幾適合一大班人過嚟食飯。叫咗兩個頭盤,同埋兩個主菜。黑松露炒雜菇配溫泉蛋,新鮮嘅炒雜菇配上牛油同埋黑松露,我覺得係一個非常醒神嘅組合,用來作前菜啱啱好,佢想問溫泉蛋可以華章香味提升到另一個層次。香煎鵝肝配新鮮菠蘿莎莎醬。 新鮮菠蘿配上莎莎醬,可以話係完全將鵝肝嘅油膩感攞咗去,香煎鵝肝非常香脆,完美咁樣樣為以下豐富嘅主菜又醒胃咗作用。南瓜risotto 用新鮮南瓜打成茸嚟做湯底,同埋有別於出邊嘅risotto ,唔會煮得太淋,仲有少少咬口,果然非常正宗法式馬賽魚海鮮湯,用咗大量嘅下學下高同埋蕃茄牛仔嘅湯底配上時令海鮮,包括有翡翠蜆,大蝦,馬賽魚,魷魚,青口等等。每樣海鮮亦都處理得啱啱好。注意返呢度才要早兩日Pre order先可以.
