去到呢個星期五嘅夜晚,諗起聽日放假就相當興奮。所以呢就約咗朋友出嚟敘舊。由於行完街啦都差唔多夜晚10點,都唔知仲有啲咩可以食。我哋行咗去筲箕灣,嗰度有幾間賣串燒嘅餐廳仲未收舖。於是我哋揀咗泰榮華。入到去我哋坐咗喺個粒頭,鋪仔細細,餐牌就好多嘢食,五花八門,又食魚啦,串燒,炒野等都有得食。入面嗰啲人都係好似我哋咁喺度敘舊,所以佢哋隊住啤酒喺度吹水,好嘈,好似街市咁。佢個名已經話咗俾你知佢係一間食泰國嘢嘅餐廳。所以我哋都叫咗啲比較泰式嘅食物。首先係蝦醬炒貴刁,有別於一般嘅炒貴刁佢冇落咖喱,用咗蝦醬,炒出嚟唔係好覺有蝦醬味。但係呢就相當有鑊氣,同埋冇咩油。雖然有啲淡,但係好好味。已炒貴刁嘅配料有蝦,雞肉,蛋,芽菜同埋蔥等等。係炒貴刁嘅角度來講都幾健康。跟住係香葉肉碎炒飯,炒飯都好香而且唔會一嚿嚿。有少少甜,但係其他配料例如雞肉就中和返個甜味。都值得推介。至於串燒拼盤,有牛雞豬雞腎各兩串,仲有魷魚。串燒呢就麻麻哋,雖然火候啱啱好,但係隻醬汁太甜,同埋啲肉落得太多粉去乸,所以都唔覺得自己食緊以上嘅肉類,只係覺得食緊一堆滑潺潺嘅嘢。總括來講,佢嘅炒功係好好嘅,所以如果來食叫啲炒野會好啲。呢度就啱晒

首先係蝦醬炒貴刁,有別於一般嘅炒貴刁佢冇落咖喱,用咗蝦醬,炒出嚟唔係好覺有蝦醬味。

總括來講,佢嘅炒功係好好嘅,所以如果來食叫啲炒野會好啲。呢度就啱晒一大班朋友嚟吹水。
