To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日同住粉嶺既朋友gathering, 今次揀左唔近火車站既聯和墟~見到間越南菜都幾旺場, 好彩仲有位~入面既裝修都好講究同別緻~有唔同既套餐可以揀, 每個套餐都好豐富!亦有唔少既散叫小食~由於我地2個都有選擇困難, 所以決定揀二人套餐(B)~香茅雞中翼+手打蝦餅雞中翼煎到外脆內軟, 好juciy~手打蝦餅爽口彈牙, 炸得鬆脆!香茅雞扒撈檬+香茅豬頸肉撈檬天氣熱, 食撈檬就至岩喇~撈檬個汁簡直係個精髓, 有齊甜酸辣鮮味~十分開胃!而且碗撈檬材料好豐富~每一口都食到哂唔同既配料!另外配上既雞扒同豬頸肉份量都頗多, 亦好好食! 雞扒唔會煎得好油,  豬頸肉亦十分爽口~馬拉盞炒通菜同樣都係份量十足, 炒得岩岩好, 通菜依然嫩綠~配埋乾蔥茸, 夠哂咸香味~軟殼蟹紙米卷散叫左呢個小食, 好清爽~軟殼蟹唔會用好厚粉炸, 加埋唔同既配料, 相當有層次既口感~米紙最怕有陣油益味, 呢度既紙米卷完全冇,配埋個汁, 酸酸甜甜, 一流!龍眼冰香甜解渴~三色冰足料香滑~!涼粉最後食埋個涼粉, 清熱消暑, 十分滿足!!
