北角鲗鱼涌有很多做得一手好吃的小菜館。今天就特意光顧這家潮州飯店。食潮州嘢,怎能不叫潮州鹵水鵝片。鹅片切得比較厚身,咬下嫩而不嚡,啖啖肉,鹵水清香不鹹,好吃。跟着韭菜豬紅,是一款香港人十分喜愛的民間小食之一,亦是自己從小到大很喜歡的食品。豬红爽滑,半病韮菜加埋好味湯底,讃!再来川椒雞。雞炒得嫩滑,味道搶口,配上炸過的辣椒葉迫人香氣,合拍。單尾是:姜汁炒芥蘭,雖然簡單,但要炒出翠綠,帶點酒香的姜氣,殊不容易!兩麵黃:入口香脆可口,麵條吸收了高湯的精華,外酥內軟的口感,不點醋和糖也很好味。
