To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前係屏山食過榴連肉餅自此念念不忘,唔少區外人都慕名入黎食,難得連假有時間就貢入屏山望下,中午12點左右到舖頭唔洗等就入得😬諗住叫返個榴連肉餅,點知可能唔當造所以冇賣,唯有揀返本日MENU上面嘅香蕉肉餅。上枱時肉餅外層煎香左、內裡都Keep都D肉汁,但香蕉嘅份量有D少,被切成粒粒放入肉入面,食落覺得調末可以再咸少少,相比以前嘅味道淡左少少,朋友揾左蠔豉肉餅,味道相對比較濃,叫做路過食下回憶嘅味道😝
