To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在香港這個步伐快速的城市，時刻都在爭分奪秒。急劇的變化中，有許多的傳統手工藝因敵不過現代化的腳步而站不住腳。幸而2012及13的米芝蓮為坤記打響了名堂，保存了此間竹昇麵店。坤記竹昇麵位於長沙灣。幸而小店位處偏僻，才令人流不會過多，鋪租不會過高；稀有地保留傳統於店內製作竹昇麵，以保持食材新鮮及水準。看著師父即場壓麵，真是倍添趣味！招牌的蝦子撈麵蝦子份量十足！全蛋的手壓竹昇麵果然是十分爽口有嚼勁，麵亦微帶蛋香；配上鮮味十足的蝦子，吃麵時的感覺便似吃著滿滿的鮮蝦精華。鮮蝦雲吞，魚蛋和魚片雖然沒有驚為天人的味道，但細嚐之下味道鮮美，你會感覺到坤記對食材一絲不苟的態度。吃罷一餐，每人消費也不過$50，是一家非常優惠的米芝蓮！
